What is the invoicing feature?
The invoicing feature on the app lets you create, send, track, and manage your VAT-compliant invoices quickly and securely — get paid faster and increase productivity with customizable invoices, recurring billing, and real-time notifications.
Why is it important to send invoices to your clients?
The invoicing tool will help you create invoices that reflects your persona or brand, which will increase the professionalism of your business.
How can I customize my invoices & add my branding logo?
Currently, NUma app gives you these customization options:
- Adding a logo to your invoices
- Add discount
- Add different payment methods (e.g., bank transfer, PayPal, Cliq, STC Pay, ZainCash, Wise, etc.)
Go to “Settings” section in the app to customize:
- To add your logo to your invoices: Settings > My Profile > Edit> Upload Logo
- To select the payment details that will appear on your invoices: Settings > My Profile > Edit > +Online Payments / +Other
You can add all your customization options when creating your first invoice in your app. After creating the initial invoice, you can customize every following invoice.
How can I create invoices for my clients?
- Launch your Numa app
- Navigate to “Invoices” tab
- Select “+New” to create a new invoice
- Fill in the details & save
How can I track the payment status of my invoices?
You can simply mark as paid after issuing your invoice from your "Invoicing" tab.
