Are non-Jordanians eligible to create a Numa account?
No — in accordance with the regulations set by the Central Bank of Jordan, all Numa account holders are required to have a valid Jordanian national ID card.
I forgot my password, what can I do?
- Launch your Numa app
- Select “Log In”
- Click on “Lost Password?”
- Enter your email
- Check your email and follow the instructions
- Enter a new password and log in again
How can I change my name or phone number?
- Launch your Numa app
- Navigate to “Accounts” tab
- Select the 3 dots at the top right corner
- Choose “My Profile”
- From there — select "edit" at the top right corner to make changes to your personal information
How can I view my account statement?
- Launch your Numa app
- Navigate to “Accounts” tab
- Select the account you wish to view
- Copy and paste your account number and IBAN using the copy icon
How can I close my whole Numa account?
