How can I activate my Numa account?
After registering on our app, click on “Create an Account “ and follow these steps:
- Scan your Jordanian national ID
- Take a clear selfie
- Answer a few questions
- A verification code will be sent to your phone email to confirm
- Your account will be activated within 12 working hours
Are my selfie and personal information saved in your system?
All customer information is collected and stored for legal purposes in accordance with legal requirements — we assure you that we take the utmost care in protecting the confidentiality and security of your information and that no unauthorized parties will have access to it.
Why is my ID not scanning?
There could be several reasons why your ID is not scanning — please make sure you are following the below:
- The ID is in good condition and the information it contains is clear.
- The ID is scanned in a well-lit environment.
- There is no light reflection or glare on the ID when scanned.
- The camera lens should be clean.
- The ID is placed on a flat, stable surface.
- The ID is positioned within the frame shown on the screen.
How long does it take to activate my account?
You only need to wait 12 hours for your Numa account to be activated.
